All our items except premade stock are made to order by us in the UK.

We are a small business and work our hardest to get orders out as quick as we can. Currently, orders will take approx 14 business days to be made before dispatch (excludes weekends and UK bank holidays). Although, the waiting time can vary slightly and this is an approximate guide. This page will be updated regularly if there is any change so make sure to check back before ordering.

For orders with multiple made to order items/larger quantities, please bare in mind these can take slightly longer to be made.

After items are made and sent, UK delivery by our courier DPD is next day delivery. If Royal Mail First Class delivery is selected, this takes approx 1-2 working days. International can take approx 7 working days depending on location.

Please take this into consideration when purchasing as its advised to order in advance if you need something for a specific date.

However, if you do need your item for a specific date contact us for confirmation & state in your order note when you need it for and we will then ensure to have it with you for when agreed. Please note: this cannot be promised unless we have agreed to beforehand with you so always contact to ask.

All orders are sent with Royal Mail or DPD Courier.

We ship worldwide and pricing is automatically stated when checking out. Pricing can vary depending on quantity, weight & location but below is a standard guide.

• UK tracked postage: £5.50
• DPD next day: £5.99  
• International tracked postage: £15+

After items are made and sent, DPD next day arrives the following day. UK delivery usually takes approx 1-2 working days. International can take approx 7 working days depending on location.

Once your order is complete and dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email to notify you that it’s on route to you with tracking information.

If for any reason you don’t have an email, please check your junk folder in case it’s accidentally went there. If you can’t locate it, send us a message and we can pass over the tracking details to you.

Our website allows you to customise styles by simply selecting your fabric or style choice from the drop down box on the product listing. Most styles listed on the website state in their title that there is ‘Various Fabrics’ or 'Various Styles'.

We have created our ‘Style Chart’ and ‘Colour Chart’ pages for you to identify our extensive range of unique styles and fabrics with labels to help with selecting your choices.

Our 'Premade' section is where we list ready-made products that we have in stock to be sent out straight away. 

These items are available in limited sizes and quantities. We make a mix of our products up every couple of weeks in small batches and upload them - so make sure to check back regular for updates. 

Items can be sent instantly with the option of first class or next day delivery. Perfect for last minute purchases, especially if you are too late to wait our made to order turnaround. 

Our sizes range from UK 4-16 currently, however, if you are looking for an in-between size or different sizes in a set, simply state this information in the ‘order note’ box when checking out.

We do hope to expand in the future and cater for more sizes, this is due to being a small business. 

Our size measurement and conversion charts are linked on every product listing on our website. Please check these for help selecting your size. If you need any more advice - just contact us and we can help you further. 

At this time we do not accept returns but do offer exchanges. This is due to everything being made and cut to order. 

We can only accept cancellations on orders within the first 48 hours from when you place an order because of our items being custom made. 

Exchanges are accepted if your item does not suit/fit. 

If you feel there is a problem with your order and you need an exchange, please ensure to understand the guidelines below before sending us the item back with the exchange slip provided with your order:

• You must return your item within 14 days of receiving
• Items must be returned in the condition they came in. (Hygiene stickers and tags intact, in original packaging, unworn, free from marks etc)
• Postage costs cannot be covered or refunded for both ways
• Items must be sent with the invoice you received or they can not be exchanged
• If you want to exchange, you can do so by going to https://weartobeseen.returnscenter.com & enter you order number & email address to process your exchange straight away

We can not accept exchanges on our sale products, our 'thong' bikini bottoms due to hygiene reasons & our custom orders

Once we receive your return, we have to inspect them to ensure they follow our exchange policy. As soon as we have done this, we can begin sorting out your exchange. 

If your any reason we feel your return goes against our guidelines, we will contact you about this. 

If you are exchanging for made to order products, waiting times for this will be our usual turn around time.

If you exchange for ‘Premade’ item(s), they will be sent instantly with our usual delivery turn around time.

We try to respond to all messages within 72 hours, Monday-Friday. Please keep in mind, we are a small business & slight delays can happen. Messages are not monitored over the weekend. However, we aim to respond to everyone as soon as possible.

We want you to get as much use out of your items as possible. To ensure this, please follow our care guide below.

• All our items must be hand washed unless stated otherwise. Wash in cold water and rinse thoroughly. Try to squeeze out as much water before hanging up to dry.
• Items should be left to dry naturally. 
• Do not dry clean, iron or tumble dry.
• Avoid leaving items in the sun - this can cause damage to the product including colour fading.
• Ensure to take care with products such as creams and sprays while which could damage the product in any way.

If the instructions are not followed, products can end up damaged and we sadly cannot take responsibility for damage.

Currently, we do not due to being a small business. 

From time to time, we do offer small gifts & discounts to our customers which is always shared on social media. Keep an eye out for these!

We receive a high amount of messages everyday regarding collaborations which we sadly can’t reply to all of these. 

As we are a small business, we try to stick to limited amounts of collaborations with people who love & support our brand.

Not currently. We are currently the only stockist of our designs! 

We don’t have a shop and our website is the only place you can buy Wear To Be Seen products.

Recently, we have had wholesalers create replicas of our designs and use our images - we do not supply to any of these companies nor are we affiliated with them in any way. You can only shop our original designs on here!
